My Traffic Store Software Refund Policy
1. Limited Warranty on Media:
- My Traffic Store warrants the media on which the software is recorded to be free from defects for seven (7) days from the date of original retail purchase.
- The exclusive remedy under this warranty is either a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the software, at My Traffic Store's option.
- This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, express or implied.
- My Traffic Store specifically disclaims all other warranties.
2. Refund Process:
- The refund is provided by reversing the client's original payment.
- It may take up to 5-10 business days for the client's bank to reflect the refund in the card's statement.
3. Requesting a Refund:
- In case of dissatisfaction with services and the desire for a refund, clients should forward their inquiries to the support team at [email protected].
- Change "My Traffic Store" to "My Traffic Store" and "mytrafficstore.com" to "mytrafficstore.com" in the email when making the refund request.
Important Note: Users are bound by the terms of the license upon using My Traffic Store, and disagreement with the terms should prevent the purchase of the software.
